OK Ris Delnice can provide you sleeping in sport hall in Delnice.
Beside unofficial accommodation in hotel, appartments or other kind we will also provide you accommodation in and near sport hall in Delnice. Capacity of sport hall will be 500 people indoors, 100 tents near sport hall and 30 campers. In case if interest for sport hall will be even biger than 500 orienteers, we will provide sleeping in classrooms which have capacity for more than 300 people which is than total amount of 800 possible places in sport hall.
A) SPORT HALL ACCOMMODATION As we said earlier, sport hall accommodation will be situated in sport hall Delnice. We will book entire sport hall for days from 23rd – 29th July. We can´t prepare enough madrasess for all of you so sleeping will be mainly on hard floor. Use of toilets, showers, swimming pool, and electric power is included in fee. Beside toilets indoors, we will prepare also as much as possible outdoors toilets (ToiToi). As for booking, folowing nights are possible to book: 1 – night from 22nd-23rd July, 2 – night from 23rd-24th July etc... With closing night 7 – night from 29th-30th July. Fee for one person per night is 5 € (25 € for 5 nights).
Camping place for 2011 will be right near sport hall on flat meadow with some trees. If has enough capacity for more than 100 tents. Beside place for your tent, in fee is also included use of toilets, showers, electric power and swimming pool. If you want to have electricity in your tent, it is your own responsobility to bring cable (at least 50 m) which will than be pluged for electric power. Same as for users of sport hall accommodation - beside toilets indoors, we will prepare also as much as possible outdoors toilets. We will also organize parking place for orienteers which decide to arrive by camper-car. Parking will be placed near sport hall. Fee for one person per night is 5 €. All persons which will sleep in camper must be booked. Upon your arrival, you will recieve acreditation which you can use also for free entry on swimming pool. In fee is also included use of toilets, showers, electric power and swimming pool. If you want to have electricity in your camper, it is your own responsobility to bring cable (at least 50 m) which will than be pluged for electric power.
