As we said, for this year´s Croatia open we will use our own online entry system which is simple, fast and free to use.

 

 

 

 On the link above you are asked to fill in all requested data:

  • NAME – starting with capital (big) letter (for ex. Johan),
  • SURNAME – starting with big letter (for ex. Pasquacy),
  • CLUB – please write correct name of your club which you will be representing at event. If you will not represent any club please fill in INDIVIDUAL,
  • COUNTRY – select one of country from list which you will be representing on event. If name of your country does not exist on list, please choose OTHER,
  • CATEGORY – choose from list category in which you would like to take part of,
  • RENT SI CHIP – if you wish to rent SI chip select YES, otherwise select NO. Renting of SI ship is charged 2 euro per stage (10€ for whole event),
  • SI NUMBER – write correct number of your SI which you will use on event. If you don´t have SI, do not write anything,
  • DATE OF BIRTH - write day, month and year of your birth in format Day.Month. Year (for ex. person born on 10th January 1970 - 10.01.1970.),
  • STAGES – select on which stages do you wish to participate,
  • SPECIAL START TIME REQUEST - Choose which starting position you would prefer (early start time, normal start time or late start time).
  • SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORGANIZEER - If you find some information important for us, please write it down in this section,
  • E-MAIL OF RESPONSABLE PERSON – will be used for verification of data (if necessary) or in case of some problem,
  • PAID – information about your payment status. If you have made payment but are not marked as YES after 10 days please contact us on e-mail.

All runners who make entry during 1st entry deadline (until 15th April 2012) must pay entry fee before 1st May 2012 on our club bank account (in Euro). Otherwise you will be charged for entry fee as it stands for second deadline. All runners who make entry after 15th April 2012 can pay either on our bank account or in cash upon your arrival in Croatia.

 

PAYMENT 

As we have mentioned before, you may pay in advance on our bank account.
